I could not ask for anything more from the service department! I feel very comfortable talking to the Service Advisors, especially Brian Brodowski. He is easy to speak with and sensitive to my needs. I also appreciate Service Manager, Joe McGrath being so accessible for questions, opinions and in-depth explanations. I wish everyone I deal with were as easy as the Service Department at Steves Chevrolet!
Every time I go in, I’m thankful to have Brian there to help. He’s friendly, easy to talk to, and takes the time to listen to his customers needs and concerns. I’ve had issues and frustrations with other techs not listening to me and often felt like it was because they thought I didn’t know what I was talking about. They would even tell me they didn’t have time to talk to me because I didn’t have an appt. Brian makes sure that that doesn’t happen. He will take the extra minute to see if he can easily fix an issue or will find a way to help you out. I will always come back to the service deptartment solely because of him.

Steves is where I go. I am treated like family and I like that. Jason and Brian always recognize me and call me by my first name and I like that as well. Again, I feel like I am part of the Steves Family. They are always so courteous and ensure that my service needs are taken care of. Also, Tiffany in the office is always so personable to talk with and I look forward to her follow up call to ensure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Steves cares about their customers and it shows each and every time I go there. Even Alan Berg who sold me my car knows me and stops often to chat. Again, I would not go anywhere else.

Although, the source of my problem was not found, I believe that all proper actions were taken by the techs to find the cause. Jason always treats me professionally and with attention to my needs with my old truck.
