Great communication with your Brian in service. I would have given 5 stars but my car had to stay longer then expected and the loaner car had a very strong odor of perfume that was too strong. Otherwise, great service by all personnel of Steve's

I have a mystery problem associated with a recall on my Spark EV. While the service department can't figure it out yet, I feel like they are keeping me informed of progress, and I believe them when they say that the corporate office has not seen a problem like mine before either.

Had my 30,000 mile service done. I asked Frank if he would please have the service department check everything for a trip I will be going on. He put that request in and when they finished he went over a printed out Check list that he handed me. Great job to all. Thank you
