Steves Chevrolet is always professional and pleasant to deal with. My check engine light was on, and I had a couple recalls to get done. I received a call 90 minutes after we dropped the car off, that a sensor needed to be replaced and what it would cost to fix. Car is now back in track and running fine.

As a school district and a government entity, we operate on a purchase order system. The service associate really hassled us about that, as if you wouldn't get your money. We purchased two new trucks from you guys a year ago using a purchase order and then when we come to you for service (oil change) its a huge problem. The guy at the service counter really gave my employee a hard time about it and I think we will take our business to American.
Please accept our humble apologies. The way this incident was handled seems to be more of the issue then the billing confusion.
